Durrani asked to focus on law, order

ISLAMABAD, Sept 6: Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz has advised NWFP Chief Minister Mohammad Akram Durrani to focus on law and order and providing justice to the people.

Talking to the NWFP chief minister, who called on him at Prime Minister's House on Monday, Mr Aziz said the provincial government should also ensure provision of social services to the people.

During the meeting, Mr Durrani apprised the prime minister of the development projects and the political situation in the province.

The chief minister congratulated Mr Aziz on assuming the office and assured him of his support and co-operation. He also discussed the ways and means to work closer with the federal government.
