Pakistan at 176th place

KARACHI, Sept 3: Pakistan football team went eight places down to no 176 in the latest Federation International De Football Association (FIFA) World Ranking issued on Friday.

Pakistan which was ranked on 168 in 2003 down to No 176 in the latest ranking with 186 points below Nepal with 243 points.

Arch rivals India is placed 138 with 335 points. Even Bangladesh is better than Pakistan placed on No 158. The half hearted efforts of Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) is doing no good to football in Pakistan which is the most popular sport of the world.
