Teachers boycott classes

DADU, May 22: Teachers of the Pilot High School, Dadu, boycotted classes and staged a demonstration outside the office of the EDO (education) on Tuesday to protest against the indifferent attitude of the headmaster of the school.

They were led by the Government School Teachers Association (GSTA) leaders — Javed Akbar Memon, Naimatullah Qureshi, and M. Ibrahim Memon.

Speaking on the occasion, Akbar Memon alleged that the headmaster of the school, Ali Hyder Bhurgari, had misbehaved with the teachers and had not released funds to the science teachers since the last eleven months.
