KARACHI, May 22: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company issued demand notices on the spot to the applicants for new telephone connections during its first open Kutchery held in Clifton Exchange, Hatim Alvi Road, and Cantt Exchange.

According to a press release of the PTCL, in Cantt Exchange, 77 customers attended the open Kutchery. All applicants were issued demand notes on the spot.

At Clifton Exchange 58 customers attended the open Kutchery out of which 37 customers were issued demand notes on the spot.

Demand notes to the rest of the customers will be issued after completion of the required formalities.—APP
