KARACHI, July 2: The Mohajir Qaumi Movement alleged on Friday that there was no improvement in law and order in Sindh and claimed that despite court orders, Afaq Ahmad, Aamir Khan and other party leaders were not being allowed to meet their relatives.

In a statement issued on behalf of Firoz Haider, it claimed that despite the appointment of new Sindh chief minister and prime minister, there was no improvement in law and order, especially in Karachi.

The statement claimed that whenever jail authorities were approached they said that they were helpless against the Sindh governor's orders regarding keeping the relatives of the party leaders away.

The statement also slammed the government for not allowing Yunus Khan, its solitary member in the Sindh Assembly.
