ISLAMABAD, April 4: Pakistan bagged a silver and three bronze medals in the taekwondo competitions of the 9th SAF Games on Sunday. Arif Khan, competing in the featherweight collected the only silver medal while Rashid Rasheed Rasool (bantamweight) , Rehmat Jan (lightweight) and Vaqasun Nisa (women's flyweight) captured the bronze medals.

Results:

Batamweight: Nirmal Shrerna (Nepal), Ziaul Aimal (Afghanistan), Rashid Rasool (Pakistan), Sandeep Kumar (India).

Featherweight: Deepak Bista (Nepal), M. Arif Khan (Pakistan), Hameedul Yaqobi (Afghanistan), Kusune Wangdi (Bhutan)

Ligthtweight: Niranjan Shrestha (Nepal), Asanka Chandana (Sri Lanka), Rehmat Jan (Pakistan), Nisar Ahmed Vahawi (Afghanistan)

Flyweight (women): Sangina Bdaidya (Nepal), Jedhe Vrushali Kisan, Vaqasun Nisa (Pakistan), Saima Hussaini (Afghanistan).
