KARACHI, March 7: The Pakistan Mazdoor Kissan Party, Inqilabi Jedojehad Pakistan and the Democratic Students Federation organized an anti-imperialism seminar on Sunday. Leaders of the party, Afzal Khamoosh, Syed Azeem, Moeen Haider and Sabir Ali Haider accused the government of inflicting on the poor and hapless people of the country.

"The salvation of the world lies in complete liberation from the yoke of financial imperialism, the European Union, multinational companies, feudalism and monopolistic capitalism," they said.

They said that for the past 56 years, landless peasants, workers and students of Pakistan had been facing neo-colonial system because of "our decadent modes of production".

They said that in Pakistan, Iraq and Afghanistan an anti-imperialism movement was being waged. The movement would gather pace because more and more youths were joining it, they added.
