2 US troops die in Iraq blast

BAGHDAD, Feb 19: Two US soldiers and one Iraqi were killed on Thursday in a bomb blast near Khaldiyah, 80km west of Baghdad, a military spokesperson said.

"Two soldiers were killed from Taskforce All American and one was wounded at 10:30 am near Khaldiyah. The soldiers died from an improvised explosive device and one Iraqi was killed as a result of this attack," the spokesperson said. -AFP
