KARACHI, Feb 8: Mohammad Yousuf and second seed Saleh Mohammad, two of the most celebrated cueists in the land, sounded out stern warnings to the rest of the field , when they whipped their respective opponents by 4-0 margins in the 29th National Snooker Championship on Sunday at the Karachi Club.

The former world and Asian amateur champion taught his opponent a snooker lesson, chalking up breaks of 57, 50 and a splendid clearance of 97 points in the three frames he played, being awarded the opener after his opponent Rehmat Ayub turned up late at the venue for his match.
