SHIKARPUR, Jan 26: Two outlaws were arrested in Katcha area on Sunday following an encounter with police. The Madeji and Jabar Shaikh police identified them as Pir Bux Kalhoro and Shahnawaz Kalhoro. Their accomplices slipped from the scene, the police said.
One kalashnikov and double barrel shot gun and a good quantity of ammunition was also recovered from the outlaws. The police claimed that the arrested accused were wanted in different cases.
DEPUTED: On the application of Rafiq, son of Rehro Bheel, the sessions judge Shikarpur deputed the 4th civil judge and judicial magistrate Shikarpur Islamul Haq Arain to recover Hasina, daughter of the applicant.
The woman was kidnapped by a police constable Gulzar Ahmed Sanjrani of the New Foujdari police station. Parial Mari advocate and the district coordinator of Human Rights Commission of Pakistan was pursuing the case on behalf of the applicant on the humanitarian ground.
