OGDCL book closure

KARACHI, Jan 12: The Karachi Stock Exchange appreciates the decision taken by Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) for extension in dates of book closure for entitlement of interim dividend, said Moin Fudda, says a press release.

The company on the request of the exchange has extended the dates of book closure and now as per the revised schedule, the share transfer books of the company will close from February 10, 2004 to February 23, 2004 for the entitlement of 10pc interim dividend for the quarter ended September 30, 2003.

The extension in the dates of book closure will facilitate the investors of OGDCL as well as ensure smooth settlement of the shares of the company on formal listing, w.e.f. January 19, 2004.
