American found dead in Muscat

MUSCAT, Jan 1: Omani police said on Thursday they were investigating the death of a United States citizen whose body was found in Muscat, the official ONA news agency reported.

"The body of an American citizen was found in Al-Hail South, in the governorate of Muscat, on Dec 31," said a police official quoted by ONA. "All procedures were immediately taken by the investigation teams," the official said without elaborating. -AFP
