OKARA, Dec 31: A man allegedly shot dead his brother over property dispute on Tuesday night. Amir Ali of Mirak village, some 30 kilometres from here, demanded his share from inherited property from his elder brother Munir Ahmad.

According to police, they were having their dinner when they became violent over the property issue. Munir picked up his rifle and shot Amir dead on the spot. Chuchuk police have registered the case.

SHOT: Cattle lifters shot dead a man early on Wednesday morning in Gogera. According to Gogera police, cattle lifters were fleeing with a buffalo of Amir from his farm house when he woke up. He challenged the thieves who shot and killed him on the spot. They fled from the scene without the animal.
