MITHI: Action against 17 policemen

MITHI, Jan 22: Taking serious notice of dissatisfactory performance, negligence of duty, absenteeism and poor service record, DPO Tharparkar Zahiruddin Tunio here on Thursday took action against 17 police officials of the district.

According to sources at the DPO office, the DPO through an order issued on Thursday has reportedly forfeited two-year services of ten ASIs including Arbab Ali Rahoomo, Ahmed Ali Rahoomo, Shakir Ali Rahoomo, Nanji Bheel, Abdul Ghafoor Rahoomo, Adam Rind, Panju Bheel, Abdullah Bajir, Jan Mohammad Saand and Ghafoor Rahoomo.

Besides, one-year services of SHOs Mohammad Khan Rind and Hamirchand Bheel has been curtailed and one increment of five police constables, Kailash, Bheemo, Suleman, Ashraf and Khaliq Dino has been withdrawn.
