GHALANAI, Jan 13: Political administration has arrested 35 members of Atmerkhel and Kodakhel tribes in Mohmand tribal region on Tuesday under the collective responsibility clause of the Frontier Crimes Regulation.

An official said that a vehicle was also impounded. He said that eight trucks had been hijacked in the areas dominated by those two tribes. The administration had served notices on the elders of the tribes to produce criminals but they failed to do so. The official said that the arrested persons had been sent to jail in Ghalanai.
