The district and sessions judge set them free and directed the landlord to move civil court for the recovery of his loan.

Police raided the farm and recovered 34 peasants, including women and children. Peasants after court order left for unknown destination.

The 17 brick kiln labourers who were produced by Shahdadpur police also were allowed to move freely.
