SRINAGAR, Jan 9: A gunbattle between Indian forces and Kashmiri militants holed up in caves for nine days has ended, the army said on Friday. “The operations concluded in the afternoon of January 8,” the army said.
“Possibility of terrorists having slipped out taking advantage of the rugged terrain and prevailing climatic conditions cannot be ruled out.”—Reuters
