PESHAWAR, May 13: The District Nazim of Swat, Dr Mehboobur Rehman, has said that the District Government is considering a plan to start chartered flights from Saidu Sharif to other parts of the country to promote tourism in Swat.

This he stated while talking to various delegations at his residence, in Swat on Monday.

He said the district government intended to start chartered flights with the cooperation of the PIA and other companies to facilitate tourists visiting Swat valley.

He said in the next step, “we will provide chopper service to the tourists throughout the district.”—APP
