RAWALPINDI, Dec 20: Owner of Ghakkarh Plaza that was gutted on Saturday has claimed that the incident was an act of sabotage.
Talking to Dawn, Raja Shahid Zafar said fire caused by short-circuiting could not engulf the whole plaza within so short time.
He termed the incident a terrorist attack and blamed “foreign elements” for planning it. He demanded a probe into the incident and refuted that the fire was caused by short-circuiting.
He also called for compensation of the affected people.
