LAHORE, Dec 19: The Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) claimed on Friday to have arrested a tehsil officer (revenue) of Data Ganj Bakhsh Town on corruption charges.
A spokesman told Dawn TO(R) Shahzad Iqbal had purchased home appliances from the shop of Imran Rashid, but refused to pay the bill after introducing him as a magistrate.
On the complaint of Rashid, the ACE investigated the matter and found Shahzad guilty. A case has been registered against the accused. — Staff Reporter
