PFF orders MRI tests for U-13 players

Published December 19, 2008

LAHORE, Dec 18: The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) will be carrying out MRI tests on players selected to represent Pakistan in the AFC Under-13 Festival of Football to be played in Iran next year.

The PFF also ran MRI tests on the Under-14 team that played in Tehran in May of this year. Pakistan has already suffered embarrassment in the past when players during Group-B encounters against South Korea, Yemen and Vietnam in the AFC Under-17 Championship in Dubai in 2002 were suspended.
