MIRAMSHAH, Dec 16: Local Taliban publicly executed an alleged killer after what they called his confession to the crime here on Tuesday.

The alleged killer Samiullah was accused of killing Khan some one month ago. The father of the slain Khan approached local Taliban to provide him justice. Taliban arrested 25-year-old Samiullah and claimed that he confessed to his crime during interrogation.

Taliban brought the accused blind-folded to Barani Nullah Ground near Kongwal Garh. They also invited the parents of the alleged killer and deceased Khan. Several tribal elders were also invited on the occasion.

Taliban asked the father of the deceased to take avenge the murder of his son.

He opened firing on Samiullah with a Kalashnikov in the presence of father of the accused and other people of the area. The body of the alleged killer was later handed over to his relatives for burial.
