KARACHI, Dec 16: An art gallery, Louvre, has clarified that it has not been involved in any dealing with Tariq Husain who was arrested by police last month in Clifton for producing forgeries of artworks by prominent artists.
During the course of investigation police have given a clean bill of health to the art gallery, according to a press release issued by the gallery.
“No such evidence has been found which proves that Louvre Art Gallery is a buyer or keeper of those fake works of art,” says the police certification.
