FPCCI presidential candidate

LAHORE, Dec 8: The presidential candidate for the top slot of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) from Sindh for the next two-year term will be named with consensus.

This was stated by co-chairman of Businessmen Panel Iftikhar Ali Malik on Monday. He said as elections of all chambers and affiliated trade bodies have been completed, a high-level committee, comprising senior trade leaders, will announce the presidential nominee with consensus on merit, keeping in view his professional standing in the private sector.

The nominee will be finalised by a three-member committee, headed by chairman, Businessmen Panel, Tariq Saeed.—APP
