ISLAMABAD, Dec 3: The Islamabad High Court on Wednesday asked the wife and daughter of Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar and other respondents named in a petition about grant of extra marks to Miss Dogar in FSc examination.

Taking up the petition moved by Mohammad Iftikhar Hussain Rajpoot, the court directed the federal government through the education secretary, the state through the cabinet division secretary, the law secretary, Attorney General Latif Mohammad Khosa, Farah Hameed Dogar, Begum Hameed Dogar, the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, a former chairman of the FBISE and the Punjab advocate general to come up with replies by the second week of January.

The petitioner requested the court to order the girl to submit an affidavit about circumstances under which her marks had been enhanced and the names and contribution of those who helped her.

Mr Rajpoot has also sought an order by the court to bar Parliamentary Affairs Minister Babar Awan from using the title of doctor.
