KARACHI, Nov 15: Trials to select an eight-member Sindh team, including four girls, for the forthcoming National juniors’ badminton championship will be held at the KPT badminton hall on Nov 20 at 3.00pm, the organisers announced on Saturday.

The championship will be held in Lahore from Nov 26 to 29 in two categories apiece — Under-16 and Under-19 for boys and girls.

Sindh players excelled in the last championship when they picked up three of the four titles through Ali Mehdi and Mahrukh Isa (Under-19) and Monisha Kotia (Under-16).

The players have been asked to report to secretary, Sindh Badminton Association, Saleem Paracha, in proper kit along with documents for age verification.
