Seven die in gunfight

KHANPUR, Nov 6: At least seven people were killed and two others injured in a clash between two groups over a passage at Moza Mondi Lar on Thursday.

According to police, Arain and Lar groups had a dispute over a passage. On Thursday, the groups had an armed clash, resulting in death of Zahid, Siddque, Anwar, Maqsood Ahmad, Sajjad, Imam Bakhsh, Ameer Bakhsh and Muhammad Aslam, while Riaz Lar and Sagheer Lar were injured.

The injured were referred to Shaikh Zayed Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan, by local doctors.
