KARACHI, Nov 5: The two KASB Premier League Football (PLF) matches decided at the CDGK Stadium on Tuesday saw Nazimabad FC crushing the invincible Hyderi Baloch 4-0 and Sharafi Mohammadan beating Karachi United 4-3.

Substitute right winger Jafar Ali became the tournament’s fourth hat-trick scorer in the one-sided Nazimabad FC-Hyderi Baloch encounter. Nazimabad would have scored even more goals if striker Hameed Afridi, Sabir Khan and Atif Fatah had been on target in the six other opportunities which they missed due to the ball’s bouncing off the side bar.

Jafar Ali got his hat-trick by scoring in the 39th, 63rd and 65th minutes. The 85th minute saw Hameed Afridi giving Nazimabad their fourth goal.

In the other match, Sharafi Mohammadan, despite being down 1-3, made a comeback to finally beat Karachi United.

The first goal was scored by Sharafi’s striker Mohammad Azeem in the 25th minute but parity was restored in the next minute by Karachi United’s striker Jamil Baba, who made the score line 1-1 at interval.

The second session brought much excitement with Karachi United bettering their score as Jamil Baba scored for them in 58th minute with fellow striker Usman Saad following suite in the 60th.

This was followed by Sharafi’s coming back into the game. Abdul Haleem got through in the 66th minute and striker Mohammad Khan sent the ball into the goal in the 77th and 85th minutes to claim the match.
