KARACHI, Oct 29: The 59th encounter in Sports 360’s KASB Premier League Football (PLF) saw table-toppers Sharafi Mohammadan and Hyderi Baloch leveling 1-1 while defending champions Shahzad Mohammadan triumphed against Mauripur Baloch 2-1 at the CDGK Stadium on Tuesday.

Sharafi Mohammadan’s striker Mohammad Khan scored first, sending the ball past Hyderi Baloch’s goalkeeper Murad Bakhsh from just outside the penalty box in the 14th minute. Meanwhile, Hyderi Baloch equalled by scoring the ongoing tournament’s 200th goal through their striker Ghulam Farooq’s solo attempt in the 22nd minute. Hyderi, incidentally, also have the honour of scoring the 100th goal, which they scored through their left-winger Shehroz Khan in PLF’s 34th match against Gharib Nawaz Dalmia on Sept 18.

The other match between Shahzad Mohammadan and Mauripur Baloch, after remaining goalless for the entire first half, saw the first goal happening in the 62nd minute when Shahzad Mohammadan’s striker Mohammad Baloch finally scored for them. But Mauripur Baloch restored parity soon after, in the 66th minute, through their left winger Mohammad Hanif.

Once again Shahzad Mohammadan’s striker Mohammad Baloch came to his side’s rescue by getting them the decider in the 71st minute.
