Noor guides St Pat’s into final

KARACHI, Oct 26: Opener Noor Butt blasted an unbeaten 71 off 45 balls as St Patrick’s High School defeated Bay View High School by six wickets to enter the final of the first KGA Ian Fyfe Memorial Twenty20 inter-school cricket tournament here on Sunday.

Set 130 for victory in the first semi-final at the KGA Ground, St Patrick’s were home in the 16th over thanks to Noor’s splendid knock.

Earlier Jahangir Shah Khan remained undefeated with 78 (62 balls, fours) to help Bay View score 129 for five.

St Patrick’s now await the winners of second semi-final between St Paul’s High School and Beacon House Jubilee, who play on Monday.
