LAHORE, Oct 25: A state-of-the-art rehabilitation centre will be built in the provincial metropolis for the education and training of special children at a cost of Rs1 billion.

The NGOs should arrange cornea donations for restoring the eyesight of the blind.Provincial Sports and Culture Minister Dr Tanvirul Islam and MPA Uzma Bokahri also attended the meeting in which blind students presented tableaus and songs.
