SHEIKHUPURA Oct 17: On the order of the DIG traffic Tariq Mehmood Khokhar, the City B Division police have registered a case under Section 155-C against three policemen for committing irregularities during the police recruitment process.
Inspector Mian Shaukat, ASI Ghulam Abbas and constable Javed Yousaf had been deputed to conduct measurement of height and chest of candidates for the posts of constable. They, after taking bribe, cleared a candidate who did not meet the criteria. —Correspondent
