QUETTA, Oct 17: Legislators belonging to the Pakistan People’s Party have criticised the inclusion of PML-Q minister Mir Asim Kurd Gallo in the delegation which accompanied President Asif Zardari during his visit to China.

A meeting of the legislators, presided over by Minister for Communications and Works Mir Sadiq Umrani, discussed the issue and said that Mir Asim Kurd, the minister of finance in the Balochistan government, was included in the delegation while PPP members of the assembly were ignored.

Home Minister Mir Zafarullah Zehri and Minister Mir Ali Madad Jattak also attended the meeting.

Sources said the legislators called upon the party’s high command to take notice of the matter.
