QUETTA, Oct 15: A division bench of the Balochistan High Court issued on Wednesday bailable warrants for arrest of a police officer and an accused for not appearing before the court.

The bench comprising Chief Justice Amanullah Khan Yasinzai and Justice Akhtar Zaman Malghani issued orders on an appeal filed by the advocate general of Balochistan seeking to set aside the verdict of a sessions court which had acquitted one Shah Mohammad in a criminal case.

The advocate general requested the court to remand the case to a trial court.
