Two held for selling stolen vehicles

ISLAMABAD, Oct 11: The anti-car lifting cell has arrested two alleged members of a gang involved in selling vehicles after making fake registration documents and tampering with its chassis numbers.

A raiding team headed by in-charge anti-car lifting cell Abdul Raziq and consisting of ASI Mohammad Siddique, head constables Gul Khan, Nisar Khan and Mohammad Arshad arrested Naeem Khan and Mohammad Ayub Khan, residents of Darra Adam Khel.

The cell also recovered nine stolen vehicles and equipment being used for tampering chassis numbers and preparing fake documents from their possession.—APP
