Youth killed in clash

SUKKUR, Oct 11: One person was killed and four others were injured in a clash between members of the Bachkani and Chuliani communities over a petty issue here in Phalai village near Kandhkot late on Friday night.

The clash reportedly erupted over a petty issue between the two communities. Both sides attacked each other with hatchets resulting in the death of twenty-year-old Shahbaz, son of Yar Ali Bachkani. Those injured in the clash were identified as Karim Bux Chuliani, Dad Mohammad Chuliani, Subhan Chuliani, and Noor Ali Bachkani, and were shifted to the taluka hospital. No case has been registered against any one.
