OKARA, Oct 4: Dozens of workers on Saturday staged a rally to condemn Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) workers who allegedly used abusive language against Punjab Labour Minister Ashraf Sohna at a rally a couple of days ago.

The rally started from a textile mills and concluded at the local press club. The protesters blocked tehsil road after a sit-in.

ROBBED: Two salesmen were deprived of cash and calling cards by robbers here on Saturday.

Salesmen Naeem and Mozammal of a cell phone company were going from Lasharian to Kohla when two robbers deprived them of thousands of rupees and calling cards in Chuchuk police precincts. —Correspondent
