Job for man who tried to sell daughters

ISLAMABAD, Sept 21: Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has taken notice of a news report that a man of Naushehro Feroze tried to sell his daughters in Moro district. The prime minister directed the authorities concerned to conduct an inquiry and submit a report within six hours, an official handout said.

The inquiry showed that the man, Lal Bukhsh, had come to the press club in Moro along with his seven daughters to sell them. The had been without a job for a long time.

Hearing the news, local PPP leader Haji Khan Bhatti came to the press club and promised to provide a job to Lal Buksh after which the man went back home.—Staff Reporter
