Two accused remanded

QUETTA, Sept 17: Two suspects who were arrested for possessing 1,000kgs of explosives were remanded on Wednesday into police custody for 10 days.

Anti-Terrorism Court judge Najibullah Khan accepted the prosecution’s submission to grant the remand of Malik and Mian Khan who were arrested near the Hazaraganji suburb of the city after an exchange of fire with police on Monday night.

Another accused in the case, Baigah Khan, who was injured in the exchange of fire was not produced before the court.
