Former minister’s son dies

NAWABSHAH, Sept 16: Abdul Hafeez Unnar, son of former minister, Ghulam Rasool Unnar, passed away in Karachi on Tuesday due to cardiac arrest. He was 36.

The deceased belonged to the Pakistan Muslim League-Q and had contested elections on Sindh Assembly seat PS-27 twice. He was nominated in a murder case of a Pakistan People’s Party activist after which he shifted to Karachi.

A large number of PML-Q workers and supporters reached Khadar to attend his funeral rites and offer condolences.
