HYDERABAD, Sept 11: Shopkeepers of Bathoro road railway crossing Tando Mohammad Khan have appealed to authorities to take action against an ASI and his henchmen who were involved in corruption, extortion and patronage of narcotics dealers and land grabbers.

Speaking at a news conference at the press club here on Thursday, Mohammad Ishaq Ghori and others alleged that ASI Pir Ateeq, his brothers and cronies had unleashed terror among shopkeepers.

They alleged that these people were extorting money from shopkeepers and patronising narcotics dealers.—BoC
