SNGPL to clash with Delhi

LAHORE, Sept 10: Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy champions will clash with New Delhi team in the All Indian domestic cricket champions Ranji Trophy final from Sept 14 at the Nehru Cricket Stadium, Delhi.

Test discard Mohammad Hafeez will lead the SNGPL side while Pakistan’s premier batsman Misbah-ul-Haq will be his deputy.

The SNGPL squad comprises a number of international players like Samiullah Khan Niazi, Umar Akmal, Adil Raza and Asad Ali.

The Delhi team will be captained by Gautam Gambhir and also have the service of Virender Sehwag, Ishant Sharma, Asish Nehra and Rohit Kohli.—APP
