Three robbers arrested

HYDERABAD, Sept 6: Tando Allahyar police with the help of citizens on Saturday, caught three robbers red-handed and recovered mobile sets and cash from their possession.

Four robbers had struck at a mobile company franchise centre in the busiest trading centre of the town near bus stop in broad day light and looted thousands of rupees cash and mobile sets.

As they were trying to escape in a car it collided with a van. The robbers abandoned the car and tried to get away on foot by firing in the air as a result of which one Hameed Mughal was hit with a bullet. However, they were chased by the citizens and police and three robbers, Syed Naqi Haider, Syed Gohar Abidi and Babar Jat were arrested.
