GHALANAI, Sept 6: Taliban killed two kidnapped persons in tehsil Lakaro of Mohmand Agency on Saturday. After execution, Taliban handed over the bodies of both the men to their relatives for burial.

Local people said that Taliban raided the house of Rehman Said on Friday and injured his father Sardar Khan, who offered resistance to them. Besides injuring his father, Taliban kidnapped Mr Said and shifted him to some undisclosed location. However, on Saturday his body was recovered which was handed over to his relatives for burial. Said Rehman was an active supporter of Taliban movement in the past but later on he joined another organisation of Mohmand Agency. On Saturday, Taliban also shot dead another man, Pervaiz, who was kidnapped by them from Mian Kalley, Mechni, a couple of days ago. His body was handed over to his relatives for burial.—Correspondent
