SIALKOT, Aug 30: Five passengers were killed and six others seriously injured when a Sargodha-bound hiace van (LOF-5553) turned turtle near Begowala on Wazirabad Road on Saturday.
The van overturned while saving a cyclist, killing van driver Qamar Naveed, Shehzad, of Sargodha, and Khalid Khan and Saleem Khan, of Faisalabad, and a 15-year-old girl, who was yet to be identified, on the spot. The injured were taken to hospitals in Daska and Lahore in critical condition.
