KARACHI, Aug 14: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) thrashed Pakistan Television (PTV) 4-0 while Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC) beat Navy 1-0 in the two Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL) matches played in the city on Thursday evening.

The match at the Korangi Baloch Stadium saw PIA scoring two goals in both the 45-minute halves with PTV failing to come up with any sort of a reply. The first three goals (21st, 36th and 75th) belonged to striker Shakir Lashari, who completed his hat-trick in the second half, before winger Zeeshan Ali scored the fourth in the last minute of the game.
