QUETTA, Aug 14: The parliamentary groups of parties in Balochistan’s ruling coalition have finalised the draft of a resolution against President Musharraf which will be tabled in the provincial assembly on Friday.

Governor Nawab Zulfiqar Ali Magsi has summoned a special session of the assembly on a requisition submitted by the coalition government.

Chief Minster Nawab Aslam Raisani presided over a meeting of the parliamentary parties on Thursday.

According to sources, leaders of the parliamentary parties who attended the meeting said the resolution would be adopted by an overwhelming majority.

“All legislators of the parties and independent members will fully support the anti-Musharraf resolution,” the sources quoted them as saying.

The chief minister said the resolution was based on the will and wishes of the people of Balochistan and no member of the assembly would oppose it.
