ISLAMABAD, Aug 10: The sixth regular session of the National Assembly begins here at 5pm on Monday.

Sources told Dawn on Sunday that the main agenda of the session would be impeachment of President Pervez Musharraf.

PPP’s parliamentary secretary Izhar Amrohi said the session was expected to last about two weeks.

He said that instead of a formal motion, the matter would be raised on a point of order.

He said the process of impeachment would start after the speaker received a charge-sheet.
