ASI booked for graft

LAHORE, July 28: The City Raiwind police on Monday registered a corruption case against the Ladheki check post in-charge.

Reports said City Raiwind SHO inspector Allauddin received information that ASI Dilshad used to take bribe from everybody visiting the police chowki.

On Monday, the SHO was informed that Dilshad had taken money from a citizen and managed his escape during a raid.

The SHO later recovered Rs35,000 and prize bonds worth Rs6,000 from a cupboard of his room.
