LAHORE, July 7: Rangers handed Ram Parkash, who completed a 10-year sentence in Pakistan on spying charges, to the Indian authorities at Wagha Border on Monday.

Mr Parkash, who completed his jail term in Kot Lakhpat Jail in May 2008, could not be freed then for his incomplete travel documents. He was also brought to the Wagha Border on July 1 for repatriation but the BSF refused to receive him.—Staff Reporter
